I can site two texts in the Bible that prove this truth. In Job 1:6 we can find these words, “Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them” (KJV). Notice the phrase, sons of God. Who are this people? They are the first created human beings in an inhabited planets. So in our case, Adam was the son of God the first human being in planet earth.

There was a meeting in heaven and all the sons of God must be present. But because Adam fell into sin he was not invited to attend anymore. No longer was he permitted to enter heaven and be in the presence of sinless beings. Now Satan, although rebelled against God, he still have accessed in heaven. Before Jesus was crucified, God gave Satan permission to visit heaven and repent for his evil deeds but after Jesus died, Lucifer can no longer enter there neither he has a chance to return to God and stop his rebellion. In fact, if God will give him a chance still he will not repent. Because Adam can’t attend the meeting, Satan presented himself as the representative of planet earth in place of Adam.
Another text that supports the idea of other sinless humans living in other planets is found in 1 Cor. 4:9 which says, “For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men” (KJV). The phrase the world, and to angels, and to men can be refer to other beings living apart from a world.
Just imagine how big our universe is. There are billions of galaxies out there with billions of solar systems in each galaxy. Our planet belongs to just one galaxy called Milkyway. It is just a tiny point in the universe but I am amazed of the love of God that He came to die to rescue this lonely planet earth and restore it to its perfect state. Like King David, my questions goes like this, “What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him” (Psalm 8:4, KJV)? Why God is willing to die for this rebellious tiny planet when He has billions of other sinless beings that serve Him? Why He must have to suffer for this fallen word? I think the answer is love. He loves you and me!
